The Chemtrails Receipts

Chemtrails Receipts is an assemblage of public records—popular science, military history, policy language, patents, scientific modeling, and citizen-generated data—tracing how weather has been imagined, tested, regulated, and at times covertly weaponized. Rather than asserting a hidden program, the work examines the gap between documented capability and public explanation: how atmospheric intervention moved from open speculation to classified use, then into abstraction, regulation, and denial. What remains are receipts without narrative—documents that are accessible yet unresolved—leaving citizens to interpret their skies in the absence of coherent institutional account. This work inhabits that unresolved space, where transparency exists without clarity.
